As a Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will be tasked with owning and operationalizing a portfolio of SentinelOne's most important technology alliance relationships. Building on established product integrations, you will deepen these relationships, unlock new monetization opportunities, and position SentinelOne as a strategic security partner across the ecosystem. Reporting to the Reporting to the VP, AI & Technology Partnerships, you will take our alliance strategy from documented vision to active execution, getting it in front of the right people at the right levels inside some of the world's largest technology companies and turning strong technical partnerships into powerful commercial ones.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Own and operationalize a portfolio of SentinelOne's most important technology alliance relationships, taking each strategy from documented vision to active execution.
  • Deepen partnerships by navigating each partner's internal structure and engaging the right stakeholders at the right levels across their partnership, product, and sales organizations to move from strategy to execution quickly.
  • Unlock new monetization opportunities and build integration-based programs that turn strong technical partnerships into powerful commercial ones.
  • Build joint go-to-market plans and co-sell motions that deliver measurable revenue impact, positioning SentinelOne's Singularity platform and telemetry capabilities to complement and extend partners' security portfolios.
  • Prioritize across the partnership portfolio, identifying and developing new alliance opportunities that advance SentinelOne's strategy and roadmap.
  • Represent SentinelOne at the highest levels of partner organizations, including presenting strategy to senior leadership and attending major industry events on behalf of the team.
What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 10 or more years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliance management, or business development within enterprise technology or cybersecurity, with a direct track record of managing or growing strategic technology alliances at a technology vendor or ISV.
  • Established relationships within large technology partners' partnership, product, or sales organizations, with the ability to navigate complex internal structures and engage the right stakeholders to move from strategy to execution quickly.
  • Strong command of the AI security and XDR landscape, with the ability to speak credibly to how SentinelOne's Singularity platform and telemetry capabilities complement and extend partners' security portfolios.
  • Demonstrated experience operationalizing partnership strategies across multiple alliances, including building joint go-to-market plans, co-sell motions, and integration-based monetization programs that deliver measurable revenue impact.
  • Executive presence and the ability to represent SentinelOne at the highest levels of partner organizations, including comfort presenting strategy to senior leadership and attending major industry events on behalf of the team.
