Position OverviewWe are seeking a Strategic Partnerships - Territory manager, a dynamic, results-driven professional to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated self-starter with a proven track record in B2B and B2C sales who is ready to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship-builder with strong communication and negotiation skills who can work independently while strategically collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Generate leads and appointments that convert into sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, including:
    • Production and custom home builders
    • Construction managers
    • Interior designers
    • Landscape architects
    • Architectural firms
    • Commercial developers and project managers
  • Present and promote products and solutions to potential partners and clients.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and collaboration opportunities to expand business reach.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and growth of new accounts.
  • Track and manage all outreach, opportunities, and follow-ups using CRM and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, appointments, and results.
  • Represent the company professionally at networking events, presentations, and meetings.
Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B/C sales, or related roles.
  • Contacts in the new construction industry is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, book appointments, and develop lasting partnerships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven with excellent follow-up abilities.
  • Experience working with or selling to builders, designers, architects, or commercial clients is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with high-level business leaders and internal sales teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and spreadsheet management preferred.
