The Opportunity
As a Strategic Sourcing & Value Capture Consultant_Manager, you will focus on optimizing sourcing and procurement processes to drive cost savings, enhance supplier collaboration, and strengthen supply chain resilience. Within our Operations practice, you will work closely with clients to analyze sourcing strategies, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and develop strategies to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness. You will also provide guidance on implementing strategic sourcing frameworks, supplier relationship management, and digital procurement solutions.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
Responsibilities
- Leading strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize procurement processes and drive cost savings
- Analyzing client needs to develop operational strategies that enhance productivity and business performance
- Guiding teams in implementing strategic sourcing frameworks and supplier relationship management
- Utilizing procurement software such as SAP Ariba and Coupa to streamline procurement operations
- Managing supplier negotiations and contract management to foster collaboration and supply chain resilience
- Overseeing the deployment of digital procurement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and deliver on client expectations
- Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and supplier optimization through spend analysis
- Collaborating with leadership to validate quality, timelines, and deliverables in client engagements
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Design/Multimedia, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Project/Technology Management, Science
- At least one of the following: Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP), American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), Institute for Supply Management (ISM)
- Demonstrating proficiency in complex procurement and contract management
- Utilizing SAP Ariba and Coupa Software for procurement processes
- Excelling in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management
- Managing budgetary planning and forecasting effectively
- Embracing change and innovation in sourcing and procurement strategies

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
