Wisemen Multimedia, LLC is seeking a highly connected and strategic professional to serve as our Director,
Strategic Growth & Partnerships. This part-time leadership role is responsible for developing strategic
partnerships, expanding market opportunities, supporting federal growth initiatives, and strengthening
relationships across government, industry, academic, and innovation ecosystems.
This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with experience in federal contracting, strategic growth
initiatives, HBCU engagement, partnership development, and long-term business positioning. The Director will
work closely with executive leadership to help identify and cultivate opportunities that support the company’s
long-term strategic objectives.
Job Summary:
The Director, Strategic Growth & Partnerships will lead efforts to identify, develop, and strengthen strategic
relationships that expand the company’s market position and opportunity pipeline. This role will focus on
ecosystem expansion, federal opportunity development, strategic teaming relationships, and partnership
initiatives involving government agencies, universities, industry leaders, and innovation-focused organizations.
The position will also support initiatives related to facility-clearance readiness and secure opportunity access, while helping position the organization for future strategic growth opportunities. This is a flexible, part-time leadership role averaging approximately 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships that support company growth initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue teaming opportunities with industry, government, and academic partners.
  • Support the expansion of the company’s federal contracting ecosystem and opportunity pipeline.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with HBCUs, universities, and innovation organizations.
  • Assist in identifying and developing Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) partnership opportunities.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives through relationship development and ecosystem engagement.
  • Assist executive leadership with capture support, positioning discussions, and opportunity development.
  • Identify pathways for long-term federal and commercial growth opportunities.
  • Support initiatives related to facility-clearance readiness and secure opportunity access.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts, industry leaders, and strategic advisors to strengthen.
  • organizational capabilities.
  • Identify collaboration opportunities with companies possessing complementary capabilities and
  • clearances.
  • Help bridge relationships between government, industry, and academic stakeholders.
  • Represent the company professionally during meetings, networking events, conferences, and
  • partnership discussions.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership regarding market positioning and
  • partnership strategy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Government, Communications, Strategic Studies, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, federal contracting, economic development, or related areas.
  • Strong understanding of the federal contracting ecosystem and government-industry partnerships
  • Experience developing relationships with HBCUs, universities, government agencies, and private-sector partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships and create opportunity pathways.
  • Experience supporting capture efforts, strategic growth initiatives, or ecosystem expansion efforts preferred.
  • Familiarity with facility-clearance processes, government security environments, or defense-sector engagement is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
