Senior Partner Development Executive

Capgemini is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services. As we continue to expand our strategic partnerships, we are seeking a Partner Development Executive (PDE) to lead and grow our relationship with Google, one of the world's premier enterprise software providers, across the East region of the United States.
As a PDE dedicated to Google, you will be responsible for a defined scope within the Google partnership. Your mission is to deepen the relationship, collaborate closely with Google field sales, drive joint go-to-market initiatives, generate leads, and steer Google's involvement in Capgemini's bids and client engagements. You will play a critical role in aligning Google's Business Suite offerings with Business Data Cloud and Gen AI - including Cloud solutions -with Capgemini's Intelligent industry expertise and delivery capabilities. The PDE will also lead partner enablement and activation, funding activities, and partner events.
Your role
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Google field sales teams, enabling seamless collaboration with Capgemini's internal business units.
  • Build and maintain strong, scalable relationships with Google's regional and industry-aligned sales teams.
  • Articulate the value of Google's product portfolio in the context of Capgemini's services and industry solutions.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, including demand generation, account planning, and co-branded campaigns.
  • Manage partner teaming and investment activities to shape deals, define commitments, and improve win rates.
  • Represent Capgemini in Google and client interactions within the assigned geography.

Your skills and experience
  • 10 plus years of experience in partner/channel sales, business development, or strategic partner management, preferably with a focus on Google or enterprise software.
  • Deep understanding of Google's product ecosystem, including ERP, cloud, and industry-specific solutions.
  • Proven ability to build and manage one-to-many relationships with partner field sales teams.
  • Experience with Google's co-sell and partner funding programs (e.g., Market Development Funds, Deal Registration).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sourced/influenced revenue through partner ecosystems.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs related to bookings, revenue, and partner engagement.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Capgemini's business lines, industry segments, and Google teams.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $ 88,544 - $ 233,248
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
