HSS is currently seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to support our Southeastern sales team covering our Florida region.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the company's growth through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. This role involves market research, lead generation, relationship management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and business development targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
  • Analyze market data to develop informed strategies.

Lead Generation:

  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they align with the company's target market and strategic objectives.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan aligned with the company's growth goals.
  • Set clear objectives, KPIs, and strategies for achieving revenue targets.

Client and Partner Relationship Management:

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $70,000-$80,000. This range represents the minimum and maximum pay that Hospitality Staffing Solutions reasonably and in good faith believes it will pay for this role at the time of posting.
