What You'll Be Doing

  • Uncover patterns and insights - Analyze large-scale Salesforce datasets to identify trends and surface the "so what" behind the numbers, delivering data-backed recommendations that drive action.

  • Build executive-ready visualizations - Design and maintain sophisticated Tableau dashboards that give employees and leaders at-a-glance clarity on business health and operational performance.

  • Communicate impact - Synthesize metrics into polished reports and presentations, translating technical findings into clear narratives that drive alignment and strategic decision-making.

  • Maintain reliable data pipelines - Build and manage connections between Salesforce systems and tools like Snowflake to ensure automated, accurate, and scalable reporting.

  • Accelerate analysis with AI - Leverage AI tools to streamline data aggregation, analysis, and reporting, staying ahead of emerging capabilities in a team focused on AI transformation.

What We're Looking For


Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience analyzing large-scale datasets to drive operational impact and strategic initiatives.

  • Advanced Tableau skills, with a demonstrated ability to design complex dashboards and visualizations that make data accessible for both employees and senior executives.

  • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines (e.g., connecting Snowflake or similar systems of record) to support automated, accurate, and scalable reporting.

  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to accelerate data aggregation, analysis, and reporting workflows.

  • Strong data storytelling skills - the ability to translate technical findings and complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting findings to stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce products and data architecture, with strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.

  • Professional certification(s) in Data Visualization or Data Analytics.
