Job description

Description

Step into the strategic side of social media marketing and gain hands-on experience helping brands connect with audiences in meaningful ways. This internship is ideal for someone who is analytical, trend-aware, and eager to learn how data, insights, and cultural conversations shape successful social media strategies.

We're looking for driven students who are excited to learn, collaborate, and contribute. As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience working alongside our team on real projects while building valuable skills that translate beyond the classroom. Our internship program is designed to give you exposure to agency life, opportunities to grow your skill set, and a chance to see how great ideas turn into great work.

This position is open to current college students who are able to earn academic credit through their program of study upon completion of the internship. This is an unpaid, for-credit opportunity running from June-August, with flexible start and end dates.

Interns will be paired with a mentor who will provide guidance throughout the internship. While much of your work will be completed independently, your mentor will support you as you gain hands-on, real-world experience and further immerse yourself in the industry.

Requirements

  • Analyze social listening, platform data, and cultural trends to identify content opportunities
  • Support social content calendars and publishing strategies
  • Monitor performance metrics and translate data into clear recommendations

Interested candidates should be available to work approximately 30 hours per week.
