Job description

Evening Patient Services Supervisor
12pm - 8:30pm shifts
Rotating Weekends
Salary depends on experience
Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for a Rock Star Patient Food Services Supervisor who shares our passion for Food and Service. The primary focus of our Patient Services Supervisor is assisting with the overall leadership of the Server Team and oversight of the Patient Experience, ensuring amazing food, unexpected service and the ability to engage with our patients to utilize the ordering system and/or assist in the menu selections and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
A successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the importance of Customer Relations, Dining Experience, and Employee Management. Experience is desired in a healthcare setting with patient/resident dining service hands on knowledge. Hospitality is key along with outstanding communication skills.
