About Willow Wealth
Willow Wealth is a leading private markets investment platform, with over $6.9B invested since inception. The company has raised over $250M from leading institutional investors, such as Redbird, Tarsadia, Mayfair, StepStone and Edison Partners.
We believe that private markets investment products should be a fundamental part of your portfolio. That's why we're expanding access to make it easier to get started. We partner with experienced investment managers to provide investors with a wide range of opportunities across real estate, venture capital, private equity, art, short-term notes, and more. All of our offerings are curated and vetted by our team to help investors diversify away from the stock market.
About the Role
We are seeking a talented, analytical and highly motivated Strategic Finance Associate who is eager to be a crucial part of the finance team. This is a high-powered team with diverse perspectives composed of former investment banking and private equity professionals. The role requires a strong understanding of core corporate finance, capital markets, and corporate strategy.
You will assist with the company's short-term and long-term financial forecasting, key metric analysis, and financial reporting. You will also help with financial modeling and key strategic financial projects in addition to preparing Executive and Board level communications.
You'll also have the opportunity to work cross-functionally and in close collaboration with company executive leadership, seasoned investment professionals, marketing & sales, technology & product, and legal teammates.
This is an opportunity to be part of a high-octane fintech company striving to put millions of people on the path towards financial independence. Willow Wealth is creating access to alternative investment opportunities historically unavailable to most individual investors.

  • Assist the Executive Team on Board-level communications, including quarterly reporting packages and ad hoc analyses
  • Support the Executive Team on corporate development and capital markets initiatives, including potential future capital raising, M&A, and warehouse financing
  • Utilize data analytics to derive key insights on business performance
  • Utilize AI to develop systems, processes, and tools that enable accurate, scalable, and timely financial reporting and forecasting

Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of work experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or strategic finance
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Microsoft Excel mastery required (with experience in building financial models, analyzing financial data and preparing financial reports)
  • Heightened attention to detail - must be meticulous and consistently accurate
  • Exceptional problem-solving, business judgment, and analytical skills
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity with exceptional work ethic, and a can do/will do attitude
  • Self-motivated, with proven success thriving in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Experience with data analysis tools (Looker, Tableau, SQL) is a plus
