Job Summary

LP Analyst isseekinga highly motivated and product-minded individual to join our Client Strategic Development team as an Associate Product Manager. This role supports the analytics products our clients use every day, spanning product support, requirements definition, and the ongoing development and commercialization of our client-facing offerings.


You will work closely with our client services and business development teams to understand client reporting and analytics needs, and coordinate with internal product, data, and development teams to deliver against them.


Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric isvaluableand you will work with each of them in this role. This position prioritizes product thinking, problem solving, and the ability to learn new tools over depth in any single technology.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support andmaintainclient-facing analytics products in production, including Power BI reporting, client applications, and data delivery

  • Manage the intake, triage, and resolution of client-reported issues and enhancement requests

  • Partner with the client services team to respond to client questionsregardingproduct functionality, data, and reporting

  • Identifyrecurring issues and recommend product-level solutions in place of repeated manual workarounds

  • Gather and document business requirements from the client services team and client stakeholders, and translate them into scoped, prioritized work

  • Coordinate with data engineering and software development teams to move client requests through delivery

  • Support development work originating from new client implementations

  • Validate delivered work against requirements using SQL, Excel, and Power BI

  • Identifyopportunities to generalize client-specific solutions into repeatable product offerings

  • Support the evaluation, packaging, and positioning of new product offerings

  • Research and evaluate new functionality for client-facing BI and analytics platforms

  • Coordinate with the client services team on client-facing change management activities, including advance notification, documentation, and rollout communication

  • Track timelines and priorities across concurrent client initiatives and provide status updates to stakeholders

  • Maintain technical and process documentation for client products

  • Identifyand implement AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and turnaround time across client delivery


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline

  • 1-4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, client solutions, consulting, or analytics in a technology-driven or data-driven organization

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems and drive them to resolution

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience working directly with external clients or business stakeholders, and collaborating across client-facing and technical teams

  • High self-motivation with the ability to learn new tools and domains quickly, meet deadlines, and take onadditionalresponsibility

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write basic queries (SELECT, WHERE, JOIN, GROUP BY) tovalidatedata and support testing

  • Familiarity with Power BI or a comparable business intelligence tool

  • Proficiencywith Excel

  • Experience with project management and backlog tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana)

  • Experience in financial services, private markets, or investment reporting is strongly preferred

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and DAX, Power Apps, or Power Automate is a plus

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or comparable cloud data platforms is a plus

  • Applied experience using AI tools and assistants to improve business or delivery processes is preferred
