We are looking to add a Strategy Analyst to our team. In this role you will support senior leadership in the development of corporate strategies including M&A ideation/analysis/execution; capital raise transactions and other special situations; market analysis; legislative strategy; formation and management of international entities. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • The Strategy Analyst will work cross-functionally, in collaboration with CesiumAstro's leadership team, to achieve strategic goals across many aspects of our high-growth business.
  • They will assist in all stages of strategy development, from inception thorough execution and closure.
  • Serve as a resource to the leadership team on various operational and strategic matters.
  • The work is highly collaborative and engaging, though it also requires independent execution.
  • The Strategy Analyst operates at the intersection of several disciplines and will have the ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment that exposes them to a variety of experiences. No two days are the same.
  • This opportunity is in-person at our west Austin, Texas headquarters.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, Business, or Math. MBA degree strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment; you are proactive, a self-starter, and thrive in ambiguity.
  • You are comfortable balancing multiple complex workstreams in parallel.
  • Ability to bring a measured, data-driven approach to a range of high-priority and high-impact projects.
