What are some common challenges story writers face when collaborating with editors and other creatives?

Story writers often collaborate closely with editors, illustrators, and sometimes marketing teams, especially in publishing or content creation environments. A common challenge is balancing creative vision with editorial feedback, as writers may need to revise their work to meet publication standards or audience expectations.
