Methodist's Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit offers a challenging, yet supportive work environment. Currently the NICU is located at the new state of the art Maternity Center at Riley Children's Health. This new unit will remain a level 3 NICU with 45 private rooms. We are currently seeking motivated, hardworking nurses who have a passion for critical care to join our team!
Rotating Schedule (6 weeks days/6 weeks nights per schedule).
*This position is referral eligible!

Shift: Full-time, Rotating
Nursing skills gained on this unit:
- Leveling during orientation and beyond
- Critical Care Assessment Skills
- NRP Credentialing
- Training on developmental care, neuroprotective care, and cue based feedings

- Predominantly Level 3 NICU with some Level 4.

Qualifications
- Requires Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
