Our Unified Commerce platform powers ERP, point-of-sale, eCommerce, and customer-engagement capabilities for some of the most recognized retail brands in the industry.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading a team to execute the marketing strategy of the STORIS brand by overseeing sales lead generation, campaigns, public relations, website, email, social media, tradeshows, direct mail, telemarketing, and print advertising. The annual salary for this position is $120k-$160k.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of marketing staff including reviewing marketing content produced, collaborating, evaluating workloads, and progress towards deadlines
  • Achieve lead generation goals with direct influence over lead source channels: press, website, email, digital, social, tradeshows, direct mail, telemarketing, print advertising
  • Analyze lead activity progress, correlate to sales attained and pivot to support sales goals as needed, regularly report results regarding lead goal attainment and activities
  • Build marketing calendar and contribute to writing and creative marketing output
  • Create strategic components of product marketing plans in conjunction with sales and executive management while ensuring marketing is consistent with organization-wide goals
  • Uphold our brand through all marketing outlets and implement integrated marketing and sales strategies to elevate company image
  • Manage marketing’s annual budget including presenting spend ideas, securing media purchases and negotiations and analyzing results
  • Communicate and maintain close relationships with industry publications, trade organizations, and partners
  • Plan and oversee events to promote the brand, engage customers, and support client relations including virtual sessions and in-person conferences
  • Develop and retain strong client relationships for marketing support
  • Leverage AI to improve processes and procedures
  • Work closely with Sales Manager to help achieve goals

Security Responsibilities:

  • Mentor team members on secure development practices / secure client support practices
  • Enforce Change Management protocols
  • Serve as a security-aware technical resource within the team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the marketing field
  • 3 years management experience
  • Strong creative marketing and writing skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Capacity to successfully manage multiple projects within budget
  • SEO expertise and website management
  • Regular travel to industry events (15-20%)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate
  • Experience with HubSpot a plus
