STORIS currently has an opening for an Administrative Assistant. The annual salary for this position is $55K - $65K

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules, make appointments and organize meetings.
  • Arrange and coordinate all business travel.
  • Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently when possible.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
  • Handle all confidential material relevant to company operations.
  • Act as liaison between direct reports.
  • Maintain and generate monthly reports and charts.
  • Submit Expense reports.
  • Maintain consistent security-aware behavior that includes compliance with all company security policies.
  • Assist with other duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management and expense management tools.
  • Ability to handle high level confidential information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to be creative while working independently on projects.
  • At least 2 plus years of administrative experience in an office setting.
