Job description

STORIS is proud to be recognized among the 2026 Top Workplaces in New Jersey by NJ.com and Jersey?s Best!

About STORIS

STORIS is the leading provider of integrated software solutions to home furnishings, bedding, and appliance retailers across North America. We?re a small, collaborative team where the work you do has visible impact ? not a slice of a slice of a larger machine. The Marketing Operations Specialist joins a growing marketing function with room to learn, build, and grow.

STORIS is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support the systems, data, and automation behind our marketing programs. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping our HubSpot environment running smoothly, maintaining clean marketing data, building workflows and sequences, and producing the reports that help the team make better decisions.

You?ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and partner with Sales and Customer Success to make sure leads are qualified and routed correctly, campaigns are measurable, and our marketing database stays healthy. This is a great fit for someone with a couple of years of HubSpot experience who wants to grow into broader marketing operations.

What You?ll Do

  • Support day-to-day administration of HubSpot, including contact and company records, custom properties, lists, forms, and integrations.
  • Build, test, and maintain HubSpot workflows and sales sequences for lead nurturing, customer marketing, and sales outreach.
  • Maintain the health of the marketing database through regular data hygiene, deduplication, and enrichment.
  • Build and maintain audience segments, lists, and lifecycle stages used across email, advertising, and nurture programs.
  • Operate lead scoring and routing logic that delivers qualified leads to Sales.
  • Create and maintain marketing dashboards and campaign reports for the broader team.
  • Manage the technical setup of marketing emails ? templates, subscription preferences, suppression lists, and deliverability.
  • Partner with Sales on lead handoff, sequence performance, and shared definitions of qualified leads.
  • Help maintain integrations between HubSpot and adjacent tools (website, analytics, paid media, event platforms).
  • Be the go-to resource for HubSpot questions across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

What We?re Looking For

  • 2?3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, CRM administration, or a related role.
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience ? workflows, lists, forms, lifecycle stages, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with B2B lead qualification concepts (MQLs, SQLs, lead scoring, routing).
  • Comfort with marketing data ? segmentation, list management, and database hygiene.
  • Ability to build and interpret marketing dashboards and reports.
  • Strong written communication; able to document processes clearly.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

  • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Operations Hub, or Reporting).
  • B2B SaaS experience.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, or paid media reporting.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting email templates and landing pages.
  • Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field ? or equivalent experience.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation: $65,000 ? $85,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Participation in our 401(k) and annual profit-sharing plans
  • Hybrid work flexibility
  • Company Wellness Program
  • Professional Development Opportunities
  • Modern, renovated office space featuring a spacious kitchen with complimentary snacks, beverages, hot and cold brewed coffee
