As we continue to grow with three locations serving Central Illinois, we're looking for a passionate Store Manager who is excited to lead people, improve operations, and help our business thrive.

What You'll Do:

Lead the Team
  • Interview and onboard new team members alongside the owner
  • Train, coach, and mentor baristas
  • Create employee schedules
  • Foster a positive, supportive workplace culture
  • Help employees succeed through ongoing coaching and accountability
Manage Daily Operations
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure smooth daily operations across all locations
  • Maintain high standards for speed, consistency, and customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Follow and reinforce company processes and procedures
Inventory & Organization
  • Monitor inventory levels
  • Restock supplies as needed
  • Complete inventory reports twice each week
  • Manage milk inventory
  • Minimize waste and improve efficiency
Customer Experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and staff
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally
