Venue Manager — GLAM104

Location: 3620 Satellite Blvd, Duluth, GA 30096
Position: Full-Time or Part-Time
Reports to: General Manager/Ownership

Position Overview

GLAM104 is seeking a responsible, energetic, and experienced Venue Manager to oversee daily restaurant, karaoke, nightlife, and special-event operations. The Venue Manager will lead staff, maintain service standards, resolve guest concerns, and ensure each shift operates safely, efficiently, and professionally.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who performs well in a fast-paced nightlife environment, communicates clearly, and can confidently make decisions during busy shifts. Korean fluency is strongly preferred to support communication with Korean-speaking guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee opening, operating, and closing procedures
  • Lead servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, security, and support personnel
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and assign employee responsibilities
  • Monitor staff performance, attendance, appearance, and service quality
  • Assist with employee scheduling, training, and onboarding
  • Maintain a welcoming, professional, and high-energy guest experience
  • Resolve guest complaints and operational issues promptly
  • Oversee VIP reservations, bottle service, karaoke rooms, and special events
  • Coordinate with DJs, promoters, performers, vendors, and event organizers
  • Ensure promotions, discounts, and event policies are correctly communicated and applied
  • Monitor POS transactions, cash handling, employee checkouts, and nightly reports
  • Track inventory levels and report shortages, waste, or unusual activity
  • Ensure the venue remains clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
  • Support crowd management and communicate with security when needed
  • Document incidents, guest disputes, injuries, damages, and policy violations
  • Ensure staff follow responsible alcohol-service procedures and applicable regulations
  • Provide management with shift summaries and recommendations for improvement
