Position Summary
To Give functional support to the CMMS Administrator for inventory control tasks (i.e. receiving, inventory and issuing spare parts via CMMS and Oracle.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
  • Accurately receive Stock, Nonstock, VMI, CAR Project parts, via Tabware and Oracle.
    Responsible for resolving issues on the Invoice On Hold report and Invoiced but Not Received report.
  • Responsible for labeling all parts and bins accurately. Also, adding blank repair tags to repairable parts when received.
    Issue requested parts from stock to work orders.
    Assist in ensuring proper stock levels are met.
  • Must be able to operate forklift, enter work orders when maintenance is needed, responsible for daily checks, and keeping lift filled with fuel.
  • Coordinate with the Maintenance Planning Department to stage requested MRO parts.
  • Perform cycle counts of stocked inventory.
  • Make runs to local vendors to pick up parts as needed. On occasion out of town pickups.
  • May order certain parts, via Purchasing Card.
  • Keep Stores area clean and orderly.
  • Stock all parts in proper bin location.
  • Track items that are out for repair.
  • Receive and ship all parcel post packages and LTL shipments
  • Responsible for the safe handling and storage of all inventory items. Must complete daily checks to make sure all parts are secured from Shipping Dock and all areas around Storeroom due to shipments delivered after hours, as well as, protected from the weather.
  • Must be able to identify and resolve any visual damage, upon receipt of merchandise.
  • Individual must be able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
  • Individual must be responsible and able to make decisions that directly affect plant production.
  • Perform work order kitting as needed and in compliance with kitting procedure.
  • Assisting customers (Huber employees and contractors) in finding parts and supplies needed.
  • Responsible in securing the storeroom doors and NWC gate daily.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader

Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Powered Industrial Fork Truck Certified.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Some knowledge of CMMS systems such as SAP, Tabware or Oracle.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of inventory control methods and procedures (receiving, shipping, location I.D., stock, re-order, issue, min/max, etc.)

Physical Requirements
Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions often exposed to heat, cold, inclement weather, grease, oils, dust and dirty working conditions. Work involves standing, climbing, walking on elevated catwalks and inactive conveyors and occasionally lifting heavy objects (50 lbs. or more).
