Responsibilities

POSITION OVERVIEWThe Executive Assistant is responsible for providing advanced administrative support to VPs and SVPs. The Executive Assistant has the ability to problem solve, think critically, and anticipate needs. Strong business communications, oral and written and understands confidentiality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing and coordinating calendar, email, and departmental communication support
  • Book travel & complete expense reporting
  • Preparing and maintaining reports and documents for the department
  • Budget management and tracking including reconciling invoices
  • Support company philanthropy and associate programs
  • Prepare presentations, manage spreadsheets / charts and run business reporting
  • Order office supplies for the department 
  • Anticipate leader and departmental needs
  • Special projects as assigned

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7 years of relevant experience supporting VP/SVP level leadership
  • Strong organizational skills

CRITICAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Proficiency with Microsoft and Google products as well as aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Ability to effective juggle multiple projects, priorities and deadlines
