We're looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead convenience store remodel and capital projects across multiple states. This is a primarily office-based role focused on retail construction in active store environments and is best suited for candidates with experience managing projects through construction and execution, rather than design or engineering-focused roles.

Your key responsibilities:
You will manage convenience store remodels and capital projects from planning through completion, primarily from an office setting. You will coordinate contractors, budgets, and timelines while ensuring projects stay on track and meet company standards.
• Manage multiple retail remodel projects across several states
• Create and Review scopes, drawings, budgets, and schedules
• Bid projects and select contractors and vendors
• Track costs, approve invoices, and manage change orders
• Ensure timelines, quality, and design standards are met
• Coordinate work in active retail store environments
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and operations
• Conduct occasional site visits as needed
You are good at:
