ASSIGNMENTS • Execute work assignments that require some judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations, relating to the core of Ingka's value chain. • Initiating new and following general instructions on new work processes. • Determine resource (materials and tools) needs for own area of work. • Share information and insight with co-workers and superiors.
