  • Operational Consulting: Translate guest feedback and data into actionable insights. This position consults with the Director of Operations and other leadership to recommend and implement changes to the physical environment or workflows that impact guest perception.

2. Seasonal & Community Environment Design

  • Event Planning: Assess the local community calendar to identify upcoming opportunities for engagement, such as high school sports tournaments, local festivals, and holidays.
  • Decor Execution: Design and install restaurant decorations for specific seasons and events (e.g., Mardi Gras, Halloween, Spirit Nights). This position ensures all decor is tasteful, professional, and aligned with brand standards.

3. Sales, Catering, & Brand Growth

  • Strategic Partnership: Coordinate closely with the Director of Sales Growth to understand upcoming internal events and catering showcases.
  • Catering Delivery Presentation: Oversee the visual standards of catering deliveries, ensuring that the brand image is maintained from the restaurant to the guest's location through professional packaging, setup, and presentation.
  • Event Atmosphere: Take full responsibility for the visual setup and "look and feel" of internal events, ensuring they are inviting and professional for both Team Members and guests.
