We will carry Stihl, Benjamin Moore paint, Big Green Egg, Traeger, Yeti, along with Patagonia, Costa and Ray Ban. We are locally owned and will be focused on providing top notch service to our customers.
We will be deeply involved with the community and supporting the city's needs. My name is Britt Wood. I have over 30 years experience in Retail in various capacity.
General SummaryThe Department Lead manages overall specific department operations and the achievement of company goals and directives. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesInclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.Customer ServiceProvide positive representation of store.Proactively assist customers in solving problems.Greet customers entering and throughout the store
Thank customers when finished and when they are leaving the store.Provide a friendly, outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.Ensure all calls and pages are answered promptly, courteously and effectively.Handle customer complaints.
