Partner with Aquent on an exciting contract opportunity supporting one of the world's leading specialty retailers in the home furnishings and retail industry. This role offers the opportunity to work on new store openings, remodels, and global retail projects while partnering with experienced Store Design, Real Estate, Construction, and Operations teams. If you enjoy coordinating complex design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping bring physical retail environments to life, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
You'll help support the planning, coordination, and execution of retail store development projects from early site selection through construction and grand opening.
Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate multiple retail store development projects simultaneously
  • Support Design Managers throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Prepare design development packages for executive approval
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, Real Estate, Construction, and Operations
  • Review project information for accuracy and completeness
  • Track project schedules, approvals, and milestones
  • Maintain project documentation including drawings, shop drawings, renderings, construction photos, and samples
  • Prepare executive presentation materials
  • Monitor construction progress and communicate project updates
  • Help ensure projects remain organized and on schedule

What You'll Bring
