Salon Services PRO is a professional beauty distributor based in Washington serving licensed professionals in the beauty and wellness industry. Additionally, we offer education, business consulting and other forms of support for today's licensed beauty professional.

We are currently seeking a Store Assistant to assist with duties including, but not limited to, in store merchandising, customer service, and POS transactions.

What You'll Do:

Be readily available to assist and support incoming customers, providing a high level of customer service with a goal of 0 customer complaints.

Engage customers with excellent customer service to make them feel welcome and comfortable in store.

Contribute to sales and inventory goal attainment through promotion of products and excellent customer service.

Assist in outbound customer communications by conducting outbound calls, sending or emailing thank you notes, and inviting customers to company held events.

Maintain current knowledge of products and promotions to effectively assist customers.

Assemble and disassemble Merchandise and Promotional Displays in a timely manner at the beginning and end of promotional periods.

Manage and maintain stock in store.

Maintain a clean and presentable environment for customers.

All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Who You Are:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated in a clear, concise, accurate, timely and professional manner.

Ability to follow instructions with a positive attitude.

Comfortable with the use of computers.

Comfortable working with numbers, able to apply basic mathematical concepts.

Stand and/or sit continuously to perform job functions for a full shift.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice-to-Haves:

Previous cash handling experience preferred.

At least 1 year Retail Sales experience preferred.
