ROLE: We have an immediate need for a Self Storage Property Manager at our largest Inland Empire facility! This property beautiful and you don't want to miss this opportunity! Our ideal manager is a reliable, upbeat individual who is excited about joining our growing Company. This is a full-time, 5 day per week (including Saturday) position located at 1065 E. 3rd Street, Corona, CA 92879.

General duties include providing excellent customer service, preparing handling sales calls, showing and leasing storage units and assisting in keeping the facility clean and operational.

Self Storage Property Manager Responsibilities include:

  • Rent storage units and prepare leases
  • Meet customer needs with the highest level of service
  • Ensure the facility is clean and well maintained at all times
  • Maintain accurate accounting of rent collections and retail sales and make deposits in a timely manner
  • Handle the operations of a self-storage facility in a professional and business-like manner.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years self-storage, retail or customer service management experience preferred
  • Extensive Customer Service experience
  • Excellent leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility: Saturday hours are required
  • Valid Driver's License, Insurance and reliable transportation
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required, SiteLink and CallPotential experience a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required
