Spavia St. Augustine is seeking full-time and part-time massage therapists at all levels of experience, to join our team! We are an independently owned and operated luxury day spa located in St. Augustine on Anastasia Island.

Massage Therapist's earnings can start from $47 to $67 per massage including gratuity, or equivalent to $48,000-$64,000/ year ( based on 30-hour workweek ). Compensation based on experience.

Spavia offers a full variety of spa treatments for our massage therapists to offer both relaxation and therapeutic treatments. Our award-winning massages include our signature, deep tissue, salt stone, sports, and maternity massages. In addition, we offer massage enhancements including CBD, Cupping, and Hypervolt percussion therapy to increase the guest experience and results. In-house training provided for your benefit.

Massage Therapist Requirements:

• Actively State Licensed Massage Therapists
• Reliable, punctual, passionate and goal-driven
• Professional, and drug/alcohol free
• A passion for working with people
• Can-do attitude and high energy
• A team player with a passion for the spa and guest service industry

What You'll Do:

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through customized therapeutic massage sessions tailored to each guest's individual needs. Maintain a clean, well-stocked treatment room and uphold Spavia's treatment and sanitation standards. Educate guests on wellness practices, service enhancements, and self-care recommendations to support their results between visits. Achieve approachable retail and membership goals while being part of a supportive team that values professionalism, growth, and meaningful guest relationships.
