Job Description

Receives, stores, and issues equipment, materials, supplies, merchandise, or tools and compiles stock records in stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard. Counts sorts or weighs incoming articles to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoices. May mark identifying codes, figures, or letters on articles. Operates gas or electric powered forklift truck to move, stack, tier, load, or unload materials in and around plant, warehouse, stockyard, etc. Able to properly load and operate the stress relieving oven. Daily/weekly TPM tasks must be performed with accuracy and consistency. Inventory materials and supply workers with materials as needed. Must have knowledge of MRP transaction performance (i.e., issues, receipts). Under general supervision. Six thousand (6,000) hours experience required to perform work proficiently. Performs other duties as designated by supervisor in the same salary grade or below.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Vocational or high school graduate or equivalent.

Inventory Security Screening Required.

Must be a sole US citizen.
