Job description

Job Title: Seasonal Stockroom Associate

Department:  Procurement

Reports to: Director of Purchasing

The Stockroom Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, and distributing inventory while maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring supplies are readily available to support operational needs. This position plays an important role in maintaining organization, efficiency, and overall operational success

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Smile!

  • Provide an exceptional guest experience.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and completeness.

  • Accurately count, label, and store inventory in designated stockroom locations.

  • Maintain organized and clean stockroom and storage areas at all times.

  • Distribute supplies and merchandise to various resort departments in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.

  • Report damaged items, shortages, or discrepancies to Purchasing leadership immediately.

  • Utilize inventory systems and logs to maintain accurate records.

  • Follow all safety procedures when handling, storing, and transporting materials.

  • Assist with loading/unloading deliveries and moving product throughout the resort.

  • Support special projects and seasonal inventory needs as assigned by the Purchasing team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old or older to apply.
  • Ability to read, write, and basic arithmetic.
  • Ability to pick up or pull 50+ pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
