We are looking for a Stock Plan Administrator to join our world class team. This position will be responsible for the administration of Bloom Energy's equity incentive programs. This position will be located in our San Jose, CA offices and will report to the Senior Manager, Equity. We will also consider candidates in our Newark, DE office.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Administer Bloom Energy's equity incentive plan in the various jurisdictions in which equity awards are extended, which includes the following:
  • Administration of the stock plan Equity Edge (E*Trade) software, uploading and processing grants for new hires and employees, cancellations, option exercises, vesting and release of restricted stock units (including applicable tax withholding)
  • Preparing and distributing electronic and paper grant agreement packages
  • Administration of the Employee Stock Purchase Plan enrollment periods, processing the two annual purchases, tracking and reporting disqualifying dispositions
  • Organizing and maintaining the stock administration records
  • Coordinate with US and International Payroll for accurate tax withholding
  • Ensure and maintain SOX compliance
  • Ensure compliance with Section 16 and Rule 10b5-1 reporting requirements
  • Work with outside brokers and service providers
  • Respond to employee questions and provide great customer service
  • Generate recurring reports for multiple internal and external corporate partners (e.g. HR, Payroll, Finance, Accounting, auditors)
  • Respond timely to adhoc data requests and projects as needed

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred and/or lieu of transferable working experience
  • Six-years stock plan administration experience in a multi-national corporation
  • Strong working knowledge of stock administration software (Equity Edge Online)
  • Highly detail oriented, ability to multi-task and juggle several project requests with excellent time management skills
  • Excellent Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables)
  • Excellent writing, strong verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent judgment, the ability to work independently and as a team player, and the ability to function in a highly confidential environment is a must
  • This position will be located in our San Jose, CA offices and will report to the Senior Manager, Equity. We will also consider candidates in Newark, DE office.
  • CEP designation or working toward obtaining is a plus.
