Our Stewards are a part of a dynamic team that supports all our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service. This position reports to the Assistant Stewarding Manager. U.S. work authorization is required for this position.
Key Elements of the Job
  • Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine

  • Maintaining the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities

  • Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils

  • Maintaining the silver polishing program

  • Utilizing and handling cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • High school education (preferred)

  • Working knowledge is typically learned on-the-job. Previous stewarding experience is a plus but not a requirement.

  • Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean dishwashing machine, sinks, floor cleaning equipment, and silver burnisher

  • A positive and energetic demeanor
