We are hiring a Sr Business Analyst - Financial Systems to join our Finance Integrated Solutions Team. This role combines business systems analysis, financial analysis and reporting to support solutions and serve as an intermediary between IT and the business.

Supporting Meaningful Work
  • Contribute to the digital transformation of finance by supporting the migration to SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Collaborate with IT to configure system settings and develop specifications that meet financial requirements.
  • Create and maintain custom reports to support the needs of the finance organization.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to users of financial systems across global teams.
  • Analyze and optimize financial systems to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Support operations finance reporting and ensure accurate data integration across platforms.

Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience working with financial systems

  • Solid understanding of finance, accounting, business operations, and financial software systems
  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems
