Job Description

The Package and Freight Specialist is responsible for processing and delivering packages and freight.

  • Participating in the overall operations of the Business Services Center and Package Room
  • Maintaining service standards in accordance with the 5-Star rating guidelines
Qualifications
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in a large Resort/Convention hotel
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of computer technology and software, manual and electric pallet jacks and forklifts
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment while maintaining service standards in accordance with the 5-Star rating guidelines
