ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated Transformation Analyst Intern to support cross-functional improvement and modernization initiatives across our operations, engineering, supply chain, and finance teams. This internship is ideal for students who enjoy analytical work, structured problem-solving, and exposure to real transformation projects inside a manufacturing or operations environment.
The intern will assist with data analysis, project coordination, cost modeling, and documentation to help teams execute key initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience with ERP systems, Bill of Materials (BOM) analysis, CapEx processes, and project management fundamentals.
The analyst plays a critical role in enabling organizational change, improving processes, and supporting capital and operational projects.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Project Support & Coordination
  • Maintain project timelines, action logs, and status updates.
  • Support meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up tracking.
  • Assist with readiness checks and identifying simple bottlenecks.
  • Prepare basic presentations or summaries for leadership reviews.
  • Maintain project documentation, risk logs, action registers, and status reports.

Data & Cost Analysis
  • Build and update simple cost models under guidance.
  • Run basic BOM simulations to compare cost or sourcing scenarios.
  • Validate data with engineering, supply chain, or finance teams. Perform Bill of Material (BOM) simulations to evaluate cost impacts.

CapEx & Supplier Support
  • Organize supplier quotes and assist in bid comparisons.
  • Support CapEx documentation, justification materials, and approval tracking.
  • Prepare, review, and validate CapEx quotes... Track CapEx estimates, changes, and approvals.

Documentation & Requirements Support
  • Help draft or edit sections of scopes of work or acceptance criteria.
  • Support Procurement and Engineering with contract documentation.
  • Participate in vendor calls to capture notes and open items.

Systems & Data Management

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work through large datasets
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Proficiency in Excel required; Python, R, or SQL preferred
  • Understanding of data cleaning, structuring, and basic statistical analysis
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain insights clearly
