Job description

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and troubleshoot injection molding, wax, and ceramic manufacturing processes. This role is responsible for improving process performance, ensuring product quality, maintaining production efficiency, and providing technical support to manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering, maintenance, operations, and training teams to deliver consistent, high-quality products while driving continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize injection molding, wax, and ceramic manufacturing processes to meet product specifications.
  • Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions to improve yield, quality, and throughput.
  • Monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) and analyze production performance.
  • Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and training materials.
  • Partner with engineering, maintenance, operations, and training teams to improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documentation while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a technical or leadership role.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in injection molding, wax, or ceramic manufacturing (ceramic preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with SPC, process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience writing work instructions, technical documentation, and delivering training.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required in accordance with ECC regulations.
