The Opportunity:
When a user tries a new system, they expect it to be intuitive and run smoothly. Functionality, reliability, and user experience are key to successful information systems-and that means rigorous testing. That's why we need you, an experienced quality assurance analyst who knows how to thoroughly test software and ensure that our team releases the best system possible.
As a quality assurance expert, you who will play a key role in Booz Allen's internal Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) program, partnering with project teams, quality leads, and organizational stakeholders to mature and sustain high quality processes and standards across the enterprise.
This seasoned professional with High Maturity application experience will focus on appraisals, process governance, metrics analysis, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, demonstrated process engineering experience, and a solid understanding of CMMI model practices at Maturity Levels 4 and 5.
This position contributes directly to organizational performance improvement through process optimization, metrics analysis, governance oversight, and appraisal readiness activities. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience in process improvement, quality management, data analysis, or organizational maturity programs
  • Experience supporting High Maturity, including ML4 and ML5 practices, including statistical process control or advanced analytics
  • Experience with metrics interpretation, reporting, and performance analysis
  • Experience influencing stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Experience with Excel, Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, or ServiceNow
  • Ability to lead or significantly contribute to CMMI appraisal preparation activities
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Statistics

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
