West Los Angeles (90025) | Full-Time | In Office

We are a small and successful civil litigation law firm, located in West Los Angeles, seeking an experienced Legal Secretary with a minimum of 5+ years experience. If you have the knowledge and experience of being a legal secretary, this position is a great opportunity that's rarely available. We are prepared to pay exceptionally well for the right candidate. Experience with Macintosh is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Formatting and filing state and federal court documents
  • Manually creating a Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents
  • Preparing and serving in-state and foreign subpoenas
  • Answering phones and maintaining client files

This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday, located in the heart of West Los Angeles (90025). We recognize that commuting in Los Angeles can be challenging, so candidates who live nearby or have a reasonable commute are encouraged to apply.
