Role Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll join a full‑service maintenance team at the Indiana State Prison, supporting daily repair and preventive maintenance in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds. This Monday–Friday role offers steady hours, strong safety practices, and hands-on experience. We provide training for motivated individuals starting their maintenance career, with a clear path for advancement into supervisory and leadership roles (Maintenance Technician → Maintenance Supervisor → Physical Plant Director).

The salary for this position traditionally starts at $42,900.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.
