Position Overview:

Megan Spence - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Property/Casualty & Life/Health licenses (must be able to obtain).

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per hour
