Montage Counseling Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Montage Counseling Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges.
• Developing and implementing personalized service plans that encompass specific goals, tailored interventions, and consistent progress monitoring.
• Providing individual and family counseling to help clients navigate various life challenges, fostering resilience and coping strategies.
• Collaborating with clients to connect them with appropriate community resources, enhancing their support systems.
• Offering crisis intervention and risk assessments to ensure client safety and well-being as needed.
• Coordinating with community agencies and organizations to advocate for client services and wraparound care.
• Engaging in proactive community outreach to raise awareness about available services and promote social justice initiatives.
• Participating in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing staff training to enhance professional knowledge and teamwork.

Your work will primarily focus on vulnerable populations in hospice care, including individuals experiencing terminal illness and their families. You will engage with clients facing emotional distress and complex social situations, providing them with the empathy and support necessary to navigate this challenging period in their lives. By addressing their emotional and social needs, you make a significant difference in enhancing their quality of life during critical moments.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong knowledge of social justice issues and a commitment to trauma-informed care practices.
• Effective communication skills and cultural competence to build rapport with diverse populations.

While experience in a social service agency or a similar setting is preferred, we value a range of experiences that demonstrate a genuine passion for social work. Familiarity with community resources and evidence-based practices will enhance your ability to provide effective support.
