To thrive as a Travel Assembly professional, you need mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to read assembly instructions or blueprints, often with a high school diploma or equivalent as a minimum requirement. Experience with hand and power tools, familiarity with quality control systems, and, in some cases, a valid driver’s license or certifications related to equipment operation are advantageous.
