Location: Littleton, CO

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Pay: $26.00-$35.00/hour

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Wire Harness Assembler to support the fabrication and assembly of high-quality cable and wire harness systems used in aerospace, defense, and advanced technology applications. This position is responsible for building harnesses, routing wiring, terminating connections, and performing inspections to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with wire harness assembly, cable fabrication, crimping, soldering, and blueprint interpretation. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing reliable, mission-critical products.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electromechanical subassemblies according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Perform wire cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, lacing, labeling, and connector installation.
  • Route and secure wiring using tie wraps, sleeving, heat shrink, and other cable management materials.
  • Inspect completed assemblies for workmanship, continuity, and compliance with customer and quality requirements.
  • Utilize hand tools, wire-processing equipment, crimp tools, and testing devices.
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot wiring issues and assist with rework, repairs, and modifications as needed.
  • Accurately document production activities, inspections, and test results.
  • Identify and report quality concerns, discrepancies, or nonconformances.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of wire harness, cable assembly, or electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with wire stripping, crimping, terminating, and cable routing techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and quality requirements for harness assembly.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Experience using hand tools, measuring equipment, and assembly fixtures.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Aerospace, defense, or military manufacturing experience.
  • IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification or previous experience working to IPC standards.
  • Soldering experience and J-STD certification.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $34.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
