Wire Harness Jobs in Colorado (NOW HIRING)

Location: Centennial, CO

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $24.00 - $34.00/hr Depending on Experience

We are seeking a Wire Harness Assembler to support the production of wire and cable assemblies used in aerospace and defense applications. This role involves assembling, crimping, soldering, inspecting, and routing wire harnesses while following blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble wire harnesses, cables, and electromechanical products according to specifications
• Perform soldering, crimping, wire termination, connector installation, heat shrink application, and labeling
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and production documentation
• Cut, strip, route, and prepare cables for assembly
• Utilize hand tools, measuring tools, and production equipment
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support team production goals while maintaining high quality standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with wire harness assembly, cable assembly, electronics assembly, or electromechanical assembly
• Experience with soldering and crimping
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Familiarity with hand tools and manufacturing environments
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience:

• IPC-620, IPC-610, or J-STD certifications
• Aerospace, defense, or electronics manufacturing experience
• Experience building wire harnesses on assembly boards
• Electronic troubleshooting or cable assembly experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centennial, CO.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $34.00/hr.
