• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that consider patients' unique medical histories and current conditions.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that integrate psychiatric and medical care, promoting total wellness.

Our patient population primarily includes individuals with co-occurring medical and mental health issues, such as autoimmune disorders, substance use disorders, and chronic pain. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an understanding of these complexities and possess the empathy and skill necessary to support patients in navigating their challenges. You will play a critical role in enhancing their quality of life through compassionate, patient-centered care.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies.
• An unwavering commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards while ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Demonstrated experience in treating mental health conditions in clients with complex medical histories.
