Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, providing flexibility while enabling you to engage with patients through virtual consultations and therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive clinical consultations to interdisciplinary staff regarding mental health issues, supporting holistic patient care.
• Effectively interpret and relay critical social histories and mental health data to both patients and providers, ensuring thorough understanding and care coordination.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and tailor individualized patient care plans, with particular emphasis on the unique home situations affecting patient health.
• Conduct treatment planning and regular reviews of patient cases to adjust therapeutic strategies as necessary, utilizing evidence-based practices and methodologies.
• Maintain meticulous progress notes and documentation following each client interaction, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in team meetings, contributing to case discussions and sharing insights that drive improved patient outcomes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to team objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients range from children to the elderly, including individuals dealing with various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, relational issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Possession of one or more of the following independent licenses: LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).
• Proven ability to efficiently complete thorough progress notes and treatment documentation in a timely manner.

Preferred Experience

Experience in outpatient mental health settings is preferred, particularly with geriatric clients or those coping with substance use disorders. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy techniques will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
