As a Solutions Analyst III in Payments Technology, you will aid in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical reasoning skills. Your responsibilities will include eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements, translating them into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. Your adaptability and ability to lead through change will enable you to navigate complex situations and manage dependencies effectively. Job responsibilities
  • Elicit and understand comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
  • Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate requirements synthesis, solution optioning, and test case writing, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements
  • Translate complex business requirements into well-structured testing solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability and applying best practices to address evolving business needs
  • Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain testing scenarios, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
  • Experience in testing, product delivery, change execution, or operational readiness within a regulated or highly controlled environment (or equivalent experience demonstrating testing ownership and release accountability)
  • Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support solutions analysis workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity
  • Ability to review and validate AI-assisted analyses and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to define test strategy and governance and execute complex testing across multiple platforms and integrated user journeys, with disciplined defect management through closure
  • Proven accountability for delivery outcomes, including release readiness and go/no-go decisioning, with sound judgment under time constraints and competing priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to lead working sessions and governance routines with senior stakeholders, translate ambiguity into decisions, and drive alignment across Product, Technology, and Operations
  • Experience in API Initiation (i.e. Bruno)
  • Experience with Agile Delivery Methodology and JIRA JQL
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Knowledge in Payment Application architecture
  • Experience establishing standardized testing procedures and scaling them across regions and teams, with measurable improvements in quality, cycle time, and/or post-release stability
