Shift and Schedule
2nd Shift
  • Schedule:
    • Monday-Friday
    • 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Shift Differential: 10%

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Load stock on de-reeler
  • 5S cleaning of area daily
  • Follow all safety protocols as outlined in standard work and in policies
  • Assist in setting up auxiliary equipment needed to run presses
  • Visual inspection of stamp product for quality checks
  • Move within a team setting to keep stamping presses running.
  • Perform all the quality checks necessary to produce quality product
  • On the job training for print reading and precision measuring skills

Education / Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Preferred experience with visual product inspection & measuring with a micrometer
  • Math proficiency and computer skills

Physical Requirements:
    • Must be able to lift and carry a maximum weight of 40 lbs.
    • Must be able to push a peak force of 69 lbs.
    • Must be able to pull a peak force of 80 lbs.
    • Frequent standing and walking throughout the day is required in this job

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $20.00 - $22.00 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
