Job description

This is for a B Shift Hot Stamp Stacker position but training the first 30 days or so will be on A Shift.

Once you move to the B Shift there will be a shift differential


  • A Shift Monday-Wednesday 6a-430p overtime as needed
  • B Shift Sun-Wed 6p-430a overtime as needed


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Primarily inspect and stack parts at end of line to ensure productivity, quality and quantity.

· Operation Standard consists of inspecting, stacking, packing, labeling and die change support.

· Other tasks such as Sort & 1st Mass Production inspector

· Able to follow direction of Press Operator

· Physical requirements are standing extended periods of time in one spot, squatting, lifting up to 35lbs., pushing, pulling, reaching (above head & below waist).

· Understands company position of Continuous Improvement.

· Willing to adapt to changes in own process.

· Give feedback for improvement.

· Can recognize an abnormal condition in own process and notify Operator.

· Suggest ideas to solve problems.

· Check fixture, Gage & Press training completed and followed.

· Can catch mistakes and defects before large volumes are produced.

· Set up and breakdown bolster according to procedures.

Mathematical Skills

Basic Arithmetic - Addition, Subtraction, Division, Multiplication and Statistics.

Reasoning Ability

Should have the ability to solve practical and abstract problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

· High school education or a GED equivalent from an accredited institution.

· Detail oriented.
