Join our family at MVT Warehousing (Stagecoach)! We're seeking a Quality Control Analyst in El Paso, TX!
Job Summary
The Quality Control Analyst is responsible for monitoring, auditing, and analyzing warehouse and logistics processes to ensure operational accuracy, product integrity, inventory reliability, and compliance with company standards. This role supports continuous improvement by identifying quality trends, investigating discrepancies, documenting findings, and partnering with warehouse leadership to reduce errors, improve workflow consistency, and strengthen customer service outcomes.
Responsibilities:
  • Work cooperatively with others.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor warehouse quality control procedures.
  • Conduct routine audits of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve quality discrepancies, damages, and customer complaints.
  • Maintain documentation for quality metrics, corrective actions, and audit results.
  • Oversee cycle count programs and root cause analysis for inventory variances.
  • Partner with inventory control and operations teams to reduce shrinkage and errors.
  • Monitor key quality KPIs (order accuracy, damage rates, returns, mis-picks).
  • Implement corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
  • Train warehouse associates on quality standards and best practices.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in internal and external audits.
  • Prepare and present quality performance reports to leadership.
  • Track trends and implement proactive quality initiatives.
  • Maintain quality documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Two years or more years' experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics.
  • Experience in high-volume distribution environments preferred
  • Proficient understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management systems (WMS).
  • Experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and warehouse safety standards.
  • Preferred Six Sigma certification.
