Matium is a rapidly expanding digital ecosystem for manufacturers and suppliers, founded in 2021. They are seeking a Product Owner to maximize product value by managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and ensuring the product meets user and stakeholder needs.
Responsibilities:
• Proactively work with customers to understand their challenges and translate them into a meaningful product backlog.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define requirements, design features, and plan product release cycles.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to support upcoming releases and to ensure market readiness.
• Be an internal source of information about the needs, experiences and perceptions of the customer.
• Write technical documentation for the product and create videos, tutorials, and other customer-facing content.
• Assist with customer success, including addressing customer questions, providing onboarding services and holding training sessions.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2+ years in a product management or customer success role.
• Experience generating technical documentation
